Utilities
Utilities include your water, sewer, and garbage bill.
New Service
To start new service you need to:
- Submit required information listed below in person to:

Wharton, TX 77488
New service requires the following items:
- Complete application
- Deposit $100 (for residential or commercial customers)
- Deposit $50 (for residential senior citizens 60 years or over)
- Current US photo ID
- Lease, rental agreement, or proof home ownership
- New Residential or Commercial Service Application (PDF)
New Commercial Service
The requirements for new commercial utility service are the same requirements as residential service.
