PUBLIC NOTICE

The division consists of four Detectives and one Identification Officer. The division is tasked with the responsibility of investigating the many criminal incidents and follow-up investigations reported to the agency and identifying criminal trends and patterns to reduce the criminal activities within the city. The Identification Officer is responsible for the collection and processing of evidence and crime scenes. The department also participates in the District Attorney’s Narcotics Task Force and one detective is assigned to the Task Force on a full time bases.
